About Mitchell Kelly
HIT Recruitment Founder and Director
Before recruitment, I spent close to 20 years in the water filtration sector
Beginning as a 13-year-old child working in a local shop, to managing sales state-wide & technical support nationwide for one of the largest water movement companies in the world.
I learned from a very young age that tomorrow's business is more important than a sale today.

Throughout my career, I have won a number of national awards and I consistently broke sales records in the process.
All my success is achieved with integrity, by being honest and transparent. It was simple. If I work hard, provide a quality product, provide the highest level of service and support possible, my clients will always come back to me.
Eventually, I found recruitment, I found something I was good at, something I liked. Ultimately, I've thrived on seeing the right people in the right job.
Seven years on, I have the same values and high level of service that's helped me place more than 450 people into positions within amongst others, commercial construction, civil infrastructure, and facilities management industries.
After receiving Recruitment Consultant of the year 2022, among other industry accolades, I decided to venture out on my own.
Recruiters aren't considered the most trustworthy profession. I'm here to prove otherwise with our three pillars to success; honesty, integrity, and transparency. Just like the name suggests, HIT Recruitment.
I wanted to do something different.
I wanted to provide a service where EVERYONE wins.
I wanted to create an organisation that people want to engage with, because they know that everything is above board, all the time.

I would like to recommend Mitchell Kelly as an outstanding Recruitment Consultant. During the contract period that he arranged for me in 2021 he kept in touch every week to ensure that all was going well and that I was happy with the assigned role. He negotiated a higher rate of pay for me which was great with Xmas coming up. Since the end of the contract he has regularly kept in touch even when there has been no suitable roles to offer me.
In short he stands out far above others in his profession as a person who cares for his clients. This is an experience I have not had with other recruitment consultants, who are out to make an immediate dollar and treat applicants as a piece of meat breaking off communication if there is no immediate sale.
